What are Piffords' dispensary hours?

Where is Piffords located?

Piffords Inc. is located at 500 Highland Avenue, Peekskill, NY 10566. We're easy to reach from Westchester County and the Hudson Valley, with street parking available nearby.

Do I need to be 21 to order or shop?

Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID to enter the dispensary or place an order. We check ID at pickup.

How do I place an order for pickup?

Browse our menu at the shop link, add products to your cart, and choose in-store or curbside pickup at checkout. We'll text or email you when your order is ready.

How long does pickup take?

In-store pickup orders are usually ready within 30–60 minutes during business hours. You'll receive an estimated time at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

In-store purchases are cash only at this time. Online orders for pickup are paid at the store. We do not accept credit or debit cards for in-store cannabis sales.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, call or email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, we may not be able to modify it.

Is there parking at the dispensary?

Street parking is available on Highland Avenue and nearby side streets, including accessible on-street spaces. We also offer curbside pickup — call us when you arrive and we'll bring your order out.

How do I get to Piffords from Route 9 or the Bear Mountain Parkway?

From Route 9, take the Highland Avenue exit in Peekskill and follow signs to 500 Highland Avenue. From the Bear Mountain Parkway, exit at Washington Street and continue to Highland Avenue. From I-84, cross the Bear Mountain Bridge and you're about 15 minutes north of the store.

What should I bring on my first visit to a dispensary?

Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older — a driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, or U.S. military ID all work. Cash is helpful since in-store cannabis sales are cash-only, and there's an ATM on site. That's really it — walk in, we'll take care of the rest.

I'm new to cannabis — what should I ask the budtender?

Tell your budtender three things: how experienced you are, what effect you want (relaxed, focused, sleepy, social, pain relief), and how you prefer to consume (flower, pre-roll, vape, edible, tincture, topical). We'll match you to a category, a strain type (sativa, indica, hybrid), and a starting dose. For edibles and tinctures, start low (2.5–5 mg THC) and go slow.

Are walk-ins welcome, or do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are always welcome during our regular hours, Monday–Saturday 8 AM–9 PM and Sunday 10 AM–7 PM. No appointment needed. If you'd rather skip the line, place an online order for in-store or curbside pickup and we'll have it ready in 30–60 minutes.

Is Piffords a legal, licensed New York dispensary?

Yes. Piffords Inc. holds New York State adult-use retail license OCM-CAURD-25-000246, issued by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). Every product on our shelves is from a NYS licensed cultivator or processor, lab-tested, and tracked in the state's seed-to-sale system.

Is the store accessible and pet-friendly?

The dispensary is ADA-accessible, with accessible street parking nearby. Service animals are welcome inside; other pets should stay outside for safety and compliance reasons.

Can I bring a friend under 21 into the store?

No. New York State law requires everyone entering a licensed dispensary to be 21 or older with a valid ID. Anyone under 21 — even accompanied — cannot enter the sales floor.

Can I consume cannabis in the store or on the street outside?

No. Consumption is not permitted on the premises, on the sidewalk or street outside, or in your vehicle. New York State law also prohibits cannabis use in most public places. Please consume responsibly at home.
