Compliance & licensing

Piffords operates under a New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary (CAURD) license. Every product on our menu is sourced from licensed New York cultivators, processors, and distributors.

  • NYS OCM License: OCM-CAURD-25-000246
  • Age requirement: 21+ with valid government-issued ID for every purchase and pickup.
  • Lab testing: All cannabis products are tested by NYS-approved labs for potency, heavy metals, pesticides, microbial contaminants, and residual solvents.
  • Pickup only: We do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up in person at our Peekskill storefront.

Piffords will never ask for your payment PIN, full social security number, or unsolicited passwords by email, phone, or text. Orders and payments are handled through our licensed storefront systems and require in-person ID verification at pickup.
